Adapted from a short story by Hugo Award winning author Peter S. Beagle (The Last Unicorn). A timid housewife is jolted into a fight for her survival or sanity at her weekly bridge club when she thinks she hears her new partner utter a threat. This is a Bechdel Test passing story told as a classical Hitchockian thriller, about the day a woman who fears the world may be against her, encounters someone who actually is.
